Every government agency is different. We know the proper paperwork and procedures to aquire funds from these different government entities. The government is allowed to keep your funds after a certain period of time has passed. If the claim is not made in time, the funds through a process called escheatment, The government entity holding the funds is then allowed to keep the unclaimed funds.
How it Works
We send out a packet of agreed upon documents for you to look over, sign, and notarize. Once completed documents are returned to us to verify and initiate claim. We only get paid when we successfully recover your monies. If there are no funds to claim, no cost or fees will be required from our clients. Remember timing is very important when filing a claim.
